It is suitable for crushing all kinds of rocks and ores with medium and over medium hardness in metallurgy, building material, road paving, chemistry and silicate industry.
Compound cone crusher can be divided into standard type and short-headed type. Generally speaking, standard type has big feeding granularity and coarse discharging granularity, so that it is suitable for coarse and medium crushing; while short-headed type has steep crushing cone and small feeding granularity, so that it is conducive to producing fine-particle materials and suitable for medium and fine crushing.
This machine has the features of big crushing force, high efficiency, high processing capacity, low operational cost, convenient adjustment and economical use. Due to the reasonable material selection for the spare parts and the structural design, the service life of the machine is long; and the granularity of the crushed materials is even, thus reducing the stoppage time. The types of the crushing chamber of every specification of crusher are diverse, so that customers can choose different cavity according to their specific needs. This machine adopts cast steel structure and there is reinforcing rib on the high stress points of the heavy load parts. This machine adopts lubricating grease for lubrication, thus avoiding the shortcomings of easy blockage of the water supply and drainage system and the defect of easy mixing of water and oil. The spring protective system is an overload protective device which can make the foreign matters and iron go through the crushing chamber without damaging the crusher.
